The sauna zone includes:

• two dry saunas (also referred to as Finnish sauna) with very low humidity (5-15%) in the room and temperature inside ranging from 85°C to 95°C,
• one (aroma) steam sauna with humidity around 95-100% and temperature ranging between 43°C and 47°C,
• one infrared sauna with a temperature range between 40-55°C,
• coolong zone - three relaxation rooms with heated lounge chairs,
• a tropical or icy rain shower.

The solarium zone cosists of one bed currently. It is equipped with the top-class PLATINUM High Quality lamps.

In the professionally equipped body building room you can find relaxed and friendly atmosphere and our training equipment allows you to achieve your goal. Depending on your individual needs and expectations we suggest exercises improving physical fitness, cardio, reducing body fat or increasing muscle mass and strength. Amenities in our club include (among others): mulit-gym, press machines, dumb-bells, treadmills, bikes, chest and shoulder machines, and crosstrainers.

Our fitness room offers training sessions with a professional instructor in a relaxed and kind atmosphere, which, together with a carefully chosen musical setting make anyone achieve perfect results. The spacious, air-conditioned and cosy interior helps your relaxation.

For all who need relaxation and refreshment, the complex also features Zaka Bar food court, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest and a meal.
